Welcome!

All of this started a while ago. It's a shame I'm only now becoming tech-savy enough to make a blog about it, but better now than never.
I am a senior at Moore College of Art & Design. I'm double majoring in 2D Fine Art and Curatorial Studies. Where Are You?, my curatorial thesis, is a mailed, participatory exhibition that examines examples of contemporary mail art.

I received almost two hundred addresses, and into the mail it all went.

The participatory aspect of the exhibition is as follows:

Every recipient was sent a blank postcard and a random forwarding address (someone else in the exhibition mailing pool).
They were asked to start a piece of mail art and send it to their recipient.
The recipient finishes the piece--in a beautiful act of anonymous collaboration--and mails it back this way,

which is where this blog comes in.
I'll be posting the finished work as I receive it. They just started coming in, so check back soon!

Here is the first one...
